Diabetic Blood Sugar and Insulin Tracking

Diabetes is an ever-increasing concern in the world, with a high percentage of cases diagnosed in senior populations. The new Diabetic Insulin Tracking feature will help with this care.

In order to assist you in tracking, treating and improving outcomes for those with Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes in your community, we’ve added 5 new selections to the CARE tab in the Assessment form.

1. Once per day blood sugar checks/insulin
2. Twice per day blood sugar checks/insulin
3. Three times per day blood sugar checks/insulin
4. Four times per day blood sugar checks/insulin
5. None

This data will also be calculated in Resident Care Level Totals and included in appropriate reports.
