AL Advantage is modeled after it's predecessor Service Plan Pro which was built in the late 90's to help communities improve their care accuracy and compliance. Service Plan Pro assisted living software was a collaborative effort which combined the experience of seasoned Nurses, working in assisted living communities, with industry compliance experts. It was designed to direct care staff in the appropriate care for each resident, leaving nothing to chance.
